Absolutely loved this place! The food was amazing fresh, flavorful, and came out hot. The atmosphere is super cozy and welcoming, the band was great and the staff were so nice and attentive without being over the top, our server was Colleen, she was so friendly and made the whole experience better . She is the heart of Twin door tavern , definitely a gem of this restaurant . Everything was really clean too, which I always appreciate. You can tell they care. Definitely coming back!
Busy but pleasant, quick bartender brought me a delicious cheese steak. The band, the Stragglers, was entertaining a wonderfully talented. Twin Door should definitely have them back. When they do, make sure you go!
Had a fantastic time at Twin Door Tavern in Maywood! Sat at the bar and enjoyed their incredible “Bubl” cocktails—such a fun and unique touch. Cormac, the bartender, makes an exceptional Old Fashioned. The atmosphere was lively with a great local crowd, making it feel like a true neighborhood gem. The event space is absolutely beautiful, perfect for any gathering. On top of that, the owner Larry, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by for great drinks, great company, and a great vibe.
Food and service is amazing. Some of the specials are served like an art piece. Very friendly staff. Owner/ Manager greeds everyone with kindness. I highly recommend this place.
One of my favorite restaurants! Chef Marco is amazing. I love the waitresses and the guys helping them! I always start with the calamaris 🥰 Music sometimes is too loud 😳 but I still love that place!
Very pleasant establishment with really good food. We stopped by one night to try the food and inquire about potentially having a baby shower there. We were both really happy with our burgers. They have a nice party room for private events.
Had an amazing night at Twin Door Tavern with the guys! Great dinner, great atmosphere, and an even better time all around. The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. Wednesday Nights are a hidden gem !! "Jerry Jams" is a collection of very talented musicians from near and far. They play a collection of classics and reinterpreted versions of other songs. There is always a guest or 3 sitting in. A guaranteed entertaining performance to anyone with an appreciation of music.
My wife and I went to twin door tavern. The atmosphere was great! The people were very friendly, and they also had a band playing! The music was fantastic! We ate dinner, and danced all night! We definitely recommend twin door tavern to everyone!! Also, Larry the owner was so professional!
What a great bar staff was very friendly and cost we was from England they made us feel very welcome. The locals love my son when he got up to dance. The tribute band was excellent and would come again for definite 👍 👌
